Born this is year, the food & drink section is the latest challenge of Flashback to decline the theme of each edition also in a gastronomic key. For the first time we accompany you to a journey amongst tastes and (lucky) mistakes, a stroll through the continents and cultures: from the combinations of mixology – the alchemy of the new millennium –, to the secrets of low temperature cooking, from the tapas coming from all over the world to the drinks that – in spite of their being born “by mistake” have managed to give life to new traditions. This is how wandering actually helps refine all the senses, including the taste.
