Through the works of over 40 artists, the new exhibition "SCARECROW" explores the SCARECROW as a figure, a garrison, a presence defending a living territory from external aggression and attack. Just as today, its meaning can shift from the cultivated field to the social and political sphere, becoming a figure of symbolic self-defense. In its immobility lies an ethical choice: to resist without becoming that which we are defending ourselves from.
