INFORMATION FROM A SOURCE OTHER THAN THE INTERESTED PARTY (PURSUANT TO ART. 14 EU REG. 2016/679)

The protection of your personal data is essential for Associazione Situazione Costruction and we are committed to guaranteeing you a level of protection and security in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679. We invite you to read the following information pursuant to art. 14 EU Regulation 2016/679.

  1. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

The Data Controller of your personal data is the Association Situation Builder company, with registered office in Via Cernaia, 14 - 10122 Turin (TO), Italy, registered in the Turin Economic Activities Directory (REA) with no. 1176076 CF and PIVA 10960230018, pec:  situazionecostruita@pec.it , ordinary email:  info@flashback.to.it  (hereinafter the "Owner").

 

  1. RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROTECTION

With reference to your personal data and related treatments, the Data Controller does not carry out any regular or systematic monitoring, nor large-scale processing of data, not even simply connected or ancillary to the main activities of the Data Controller. Consequently, no Data Protection Officer has been appointed in accordance with art. 37 EU Reg. 2016/679.   1. DATA COLLECTED, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENTS

The collection of your data is limited to the personal information strictly necessary to establish direct contact:

  1. General information and contact details (name and surname, residence / domicile / work address, email): these data are necessary in order to contact the interested party to promote the activities and services of the Data Controller, including by sending a newsletter ( for any information concerning the newsletter service, please refer to the general information available on the flashback.to.it website and at the following link).

The legal basis of the processing relating to these data is the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties (e.g. the public user of the Data Controller's services), in compliance with the interests, rights and fundamental freedoms of the Data Subject, who is legitimate not to consider prevalent because the source from which the data in question originates is accessible to the public, without any limitation on the use of the data themselves, (see infra point 6 of this information), and it is reasonable to assume that this disclosure is the work of the same interested party, with the intention of freely circulating such contact information in order to find new opportunities for exhibiting their works and works of art (art. 6 § 1 letter f) and art. 14 § 2 lett. b) EU Reg. 2016/679).

No further data is collected nor treatments other than those illustrated above are envisaged; if necessary, specific information will be sent. The Data Controller will not carry out any profiling or monitoring processing with personal data that will not even be the subject of automated decisions.

 

  1. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

As a default rule, the personal data of the interested party are not disclosed, communicated or transferred to third parties and, on the contrary, will always be kept in a safe and confidential manner.

The dissemination, transmission, communication or transfer of data outside the Italian territory is not envisaged.

 

  1. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The personal data of the interested party aimed at sending communications via email, including newsletters, will be stored and processed for the entire period desired by the interested party, until the request for cancellation. Following the reasoned and admissible request for deletion of data by the interested party, the Data Controller will proceed to do so within and no later than 30 (thirty) days following the date of receipt of the request.

In any case, the data will be deleted after two years from the first moment of contact.

 

  1. ORIGIN OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller has found the personal data of the interested party only from qualified and legitimate sources, none of which expressly excludes the possibility of sending direct communications to the interested party, possibly including commercial proposals.

 

  1. THE RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

With reference to the personal data collected by the Data Controller, the interested party can exercise all the following rights:

    1. 679 Access your personal data pursuant to art. 15 EU Reg. 2016/679. This right also includes the right to obtain a copy of the personal data collected and processed by the Data Controller. After verifying the legitimacy of the request, the Data Controller will release the requested information and a copy of the data. In the event of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, also due to the reiteration of the same, the interested party must pay the Data Controller a reasonable cost contribution, to be compared to the administrative costs incurred by the Data Controller for processing the request.

    1. 680 Request the rectification of your personal data pursuant to art. 16 EU Reg. 2016/679. The Data Controller will communicate this correction to any recipients of personal data pursuant to art. 19 EU Reg. 2016/679, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate efforts, the interested party remaining entitled to know the identity of the recipients themselves.

    1. 681. Request the cancellation of their personal data (so-called right to be forgotten) pursuant to and within the limits established by art. 17 EU Reg. 2016/679. The Data Controller will communicate this cancellation request to any recipients of personal data pursuant to art. 19 EU Reg. 2016/679, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate efforts, the interested party remaining entitled to know the identity of the recipients themselves.

    1. 682 Request the limitation of the processing of personal data pursuant to and within the limits established by art. 18 EU Reg. 2016/679. The Data Controller will communicate this limitation request to any recipients of personal data pursuant to art. 19 EU Reg. 2016/679, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate efforts, the interested party remaining entitled to know the identity of the recipients themselves.

    1. 683. To oppose the processing of their personal data pursuant to and within the limits of art. 21 EU Reg. 2016/679. This right can be exercised by means of a reasoned written request.

    1. 684. Request the portability of your personal data, pursuant to and within the limits established by art. 20 EU Reg. 2016/679. The Data Controller reserves the right to verify the technical feasibility of the transmission to another data controller indicated by the Data Subject on a case-by-case basis.

    1. 685 Without prejudice to the processing that has already taken place, at any time revoke the consent already given for the sending of commercial proposals, electronically, digitally or on paper, relating and / or connected to the services of the Data Controller and for sending material. advertising relating exclusively to the aforementioned products or services or commercial communication, including the newsletter relating to offers on the Site.

  1. 686. To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 EU Reg. 2016/679.
