The author thus becomes – as Giulio Paolini once wrote – the bearer of the work: and the work itself is the context, or rather, the relationship with the context.

by Alexander Mostafa Fazari
A material typically associated with emergencies becomes a work of art: a thermal blanket, a thin golden veil—fragile and salvific at the same time—on which the egiptian artist Alexander Mostafa Fazari engraves a need: that of rediscovering compassion. The artist's hand traces the words of Gibran, Rumi and Ibn Arabi with calligraphic strokes, transforming the golden reflection into a universal message of humanity.
